  • Cost-Effective Board (Coroplast): The most economical and durable plastic material. Best for temporary indoor sales signs, directional signage, or uses where the sign might need to be wiped down.

  • Standard Display Board (Foam Core): The lightest and most popular option. Perfect for short-term retail promotions, presentations, and displays where ease of hanging with simple adhesive strips is key.

  • Ultra-Rigid Display Board (Gator Board): The premium option. It features a dense, hard core that is highly resistant to crushing, bending, and warping. Best for long-term interior lobby displays, high-quality art prints, or areas where durability is essential.

Choose Your Print Protection

We offer two high-quality print methods for maximum impact and longevity:

  • Standard Direct Print (Vibrant): Your design is printed directly onto the material using durable, UV-cured inks. This is a high-quality, cost-effective method perfect for most displays.

  • Premium Protected Print (Maximum Shielding): We apply a specialized vinyl sticker, then add a transparent laminate layer. This provides a physical shield against scuffs, scratches, and frequent handling, ensuring your display lasts longer.

What is the difference between the three board materials?

They differ mainly in cost and how durable they are against damage:

  • Cost-Effective Board (Coroplast): Durable, waterproof plastic, best for budget or temporary directional signs.

  • Standard Display Board (Foam Core): The lightest board; affordable and best for short-term display or simple hanging.

  • Ultra-Rigid Display Board (Gator Board): The highest-grade, most rigid option; best for premium art displays or long-term indoor use because it resists crushing and warping.

Should I upgrade to the Premium Protected Print with Lamination?

The upgrade is highly recommended for any sign you plan to touch, handle, or transport frequently. The laminate layer acts as a shield, protecting your graphics from scratches, fingerprints, and accidental scuffs that can happen during transport or setup.

How large can I order these boards?

While these signs are designed to be portable, you can order large sizes for backdrops. The maximum size we recommend for a single piece is typically 96"x48" which is the standard size of a full sheet of board. For large murals, we can print in multiple panels.

Can I hang these signs on a wall without hardware?

Yes. Because all these materials are ultra-lightweight (especially Foam Core and Coroplast), you can easily mount the smaller and medium sizes using simple methods like removable adhesive strips (e.g., Command Strips) or by propping them up on an easel.

Can I get a custom shape cut out of any of these materials?

Yes! You can choose a standard shape, or select the Custom Shape Cut option. We can precisely cut the unique outline of your logo, display element, or character out of any of the three board materials.
